Chicken ‘n’ laminate?
12Feb09
We are incredulous. Flabbergasted. Terrified, even. But, kind of excited too.
In speaking to Jeff, CEO of BuildDirect, it appears that he is fully in favour of the chicken idea. But, clearly there are some practical concerns. For instance, what about bird safety? Well, we’ve made sure that any chickens on our outdoor laminate flooring will be made as safe as can be. The things we’ll do to get attention…
Cheers!
Rob.

2 things guys. Did you not consider maybe having the chicken netting up PRIOR to Beer for Blogger’s, would have made a safer show? Number 2, what are your building rules on chicken’s, are they the standard rules that apply, meaning a reasonable amount of chickens?
I like what your all doing, very entertaining and innovative, so fun to watch.
Hey Sheldon!
Thanks for your comments! We felt that bloggers & realtors aren’t prone to taking flight, at least not in the literal sense. And we’ve had events out there before without the need of a safety net, so…
As for the rules, to be honest we’re not sure. We’ve scoured our paperwork, and there’s no mention at all of chickens anywhere. Weird…
