I purchased some of your top of the line bamboo flooring in 2006 that is absolutely beautiful. I read all the ratings, research and even talked to a specialist at Build Direct. Love the floor but am extremely disappointed that the laminate clear coats do not hold up to our dog (even with his nails trimmed). There's only 2 of us in the house with our Golden Retriever and you would not believe the job he's done to the floor. If you'd like a challenge to your flooring get a large dog!!! Any recommendations on how to refinish the floor would be much appreciated. I really am serious on what to do to refinish this floor.
